Thank you for choosing us for your special event. Book your Prom, Evening and Special Events Dress consultation. At this appointment, we go over details such as designs, colors, fabric choices, accessories, prices, etc. This appointment can be via Zoom, WhatsApp, Facetime, or in person. Measurements are also taken and invoices are due at this session. Please note that payment of the consultation fee confirms your appointment. Payments are made via Zelle; Zelle Name: TOL Bespoke International LLC Zelle Number: 443-960-2185 You are required to send us an email with the picture inspiration of your dress and we will provide you with an estimate. Please note that estimates are not fixed or final, but can vary depending on what is decided at your consultation. The consultation fee will go towards the deposit for your order. However, if the client decides not to proceed with the order, the consultation fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. All invoices are due at this session. *A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed within which you are expected to arrive for your consultation; After this period, your appointment will be canceled and the fee shall be non-refundable. * Please note that you are required to be present for all fittings. *Appointments can be rescheduled provided there is at least a 24-hour prior notice. *Please note that we focus on allowing our creativity to pop as against making a direct photocopy of original designs.
