Thank you for choosing us. Please note that payment of the consultation fee confirms you fitting appointment. Payments are made via Zelle; Zelle Name: TOL Bespoke International LLC Zelle Number: 443-960-2185 Payment is due once you receive confirmation of your consultation. You are required to send us an email with the picture of your dress and a brief description of the alterations that you need and we will provide you with an estimate. Please note that estimates are not fixed or final, but can vary depending on what is decided at that fitting appointment. The consultation fee will go towards the deposit for your order. However, if the client decides not to proceed with the order, the consultation fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. *Appointments can be rescheduled provided there is at least a 24-hour prior notice. Booking this consultation means that you consent to and agree with these terms.
