We offer virtual measurements if you are out of state or you are unavailable to come in for physical measurements.
 
When you place your order, you will be contacted within 2 business days to schedule a consultation and measurement appointment.
For virtual measurement appointments, please have someone with a measuring tape ready and be available via Facetime or WhatsApp video.
 
At your appointment, we will go over details such as designs, colors, fabric choices, accessories, prices, etc. Invoices are due at this session. The consultation fee will go towards the deposit for your order. However, if the client decides not to proceed with the order, the consultation fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
*A grace period of 20 minutes is allowed within which you are expected to arrive for your consultation; After this period, your appointment will be canceled and the fee shall be non-refundable.
* Please note that you are required to be present for all fittings. If you are unavailable to come for your fitting appointment, you will be required to sign a liability waiver.
For the health and safety of our clients and staff, you are required to use a face mask when present at our studio.
*Appointments can be rescheduled provided there is at least a 24-hour prior notice.
*Please note that we work with inspirations, we do not make direct copy of other designers' works. We focus on making unique, one-of-a-kind statement pieces for our clients and we allow our creativity to pop.
