The consultation is in 2 sessions:
*The first appointment is virtual and will be for 30 minutes. Here, details of the design, pricing, and a picture of your fabric will be discussed. All designs chosen at this point are final. This appointment will be via Zoom, Whatsapp, or Facetime. Invoices are issues at this session.
*The second session will be in-person at the business location and will be for 30 minutes. Here, clients drop their fabric and their measurements will be taken. The consultation fee will go towards the deposit for your order. However, if the client decides not to proceed with the order, the consultation fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. All invoices are due at this session.
*In the event that you can't be available in person, we can do virtual measurements. Details of how we do it will be communicated to you after the consultation is scheduled.
*A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed within which you are expected to arrive for your consultation; After this period, your appointment will be canceled and the fee shall be non-refundable.
*Appointments can be rescheduled provided there is at least a 24-hour prior notice.
*Please note that we focus on allowing our creativity to pop as against making a direct photocopy of original designs.
